Make a LEAD Referral
Thank you for your interest in making a LEAD (Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion/Let Everyone Advance with Dignity) referral. Providing the information below allows us to assess an individual's eligibility. If you are unsure if an individual is LEAD eligible we still encourage you to submit this form and a LEAD project manager will follow up with you. If the referral pertains to someone whose impact is in Seattle, please be aware that we can only accept community referrals closely related to specific geographic focus impact areas. Therefore, please be as specific as possible about the neighborhood(s) where the person is having an impact.
